So yeah, a quick overview of the imperial family, sans Galen's brothers and sisters though. This will be discussed in greater depth later on, but this just gives a quick overview of things.

Now it's getting interesting!

Hmm, if there is a law that specifies the order of inheritance... unless the next one renounces their claim... If one would go to war over it, it would mean they break the law... So wouldn't all the other ones unite against the warmonger then?

Sure, unless they all want the throne, then it turns into a free-for-all, which is pretty messy. Also, they'd have to consider, "If I act to smack my brother down, then the war will weaken my forces, that might lead my other brother to smack me down in turn." Mutually assured destruction, and all that, heh.

Then it's quite a bold move of Orvar to send his assassin after several people. If one assassination could attributed to him and word gets around, phew.

And Orvar doesn't know (yet) that Joakim is alive, so he might happily go after Torkel's kids. And now all this might get the Master's attention... uh oh. Uh! Oh!

Check out other great comics!
